1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Bear Limo. By accessing our website, booking our vehicles, or utilizing chauffeur services coordinated through our dispatch portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all ground transportation agreements, reservations, and digital interactions. All booking transactions, dispatch fulfillment, and payment routing are securely managed in partnership with the Grand Limousine scheduling matrix.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from finalizing your reservation. We reserve the right to amend or update these policies at any time without prior notification, and your continued usage constitutes absolute acceptance of those changes.

2. Reservation Protocols & Billing Transparency

All quotes generated through our online engine or via phone reservation agents are calculated using real-time routing metrics. Your final itemized statement includes standard base rates, estimated tolls, airport parking fees, local regulatory surcharges, and a baseline chauffeur gratuity. Bear Limo enforces complete billing transparency, guaranteeing that you will never experience hidden fuel surcharges or unexpected dynamic pricing spikes.

3. Cancellation, No-Show, and Amendment Windows

To preserve our fleet routing efficiency and respect our chauffeurs' schedules, we enforce strict, time-sensitive cancellation policies. Cancellations must be logged directly through our digital dashboard or confirmed over the phone with a dispatch agent within the following windows:

Failure to cancel within these designated windows, or failing to arrive at your scheduled pickup loop (No-Show), will result in a full charge equal to 100% of the total estimated booking fee.

4. Flight Tracking & Passenger Wait Time Allowances

Through our automated connection with the Grand Limousine dispatch network, we track all commercial and private aviation arrivals in real-time. We offer a complimentary wait time allowance of up to 60 minutes for all commercial airport arrivals, 30 minutes for private FBO arrivals, and 15 minutes for all residential or corporate office point-to-point pickups. Once this grace period expires, additional wait time fees will accumulate incrementally at our standard hourly vehicle rate.

5. Fleet Behavior, Liability, and Zero Tolerance Policies

Bear Limo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or the consumption of illegal substances inside any of our network vehicles. The individual or corporate entity finalizing the booking holds full financial liability for any physical or cosmetic damage inflicted upon the vehicle's interior or exterior by the passenger party. Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate transport immediately without a refund if a passenger's behavior becomes dangerous, abusive, or unlawfully disruptive.
